Consumer experts have named the 10 best household products for 2022, including a supermarket own brand peanut butter, a $2 mayonnaise and a five-star cleaning 'hero' buy.
The team from have spent the year testing out and tasting hundreds of products to find out what you should really spend your money on in the supermarket.
They found 10 to be a cut above the rest.

1. The top butter: Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter
Jerrygold's Pure Irish Salted Butter (pictured) scored an impressive 79 per cent score
After testing an impressive 44 different butters from the likes of Lurpak, Devondale and Western Star, the Choice team named Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter ($6) to be the best butter around.
With a score of 79 per cent, deemed the Kerrygold butter to be the creamiest and most delicious.
In equal second place was the popular Lurpak Slightly Salted Butter ($7), which is known to be easily spreadable, and an Australian option, Meander Valley Salted Butter Cultured ($8).
2. The top dishwashing liquid: Morning Fresh Ultra Concentrate Dishwashing Liquid
When it comes to sparkling dishes, Choice said you should look no further than Morning Fresh Ultra Concentrate Dishwashing Liquid ($4.75).
This budget cleaning buy absolutely demolished the second place buy, with a score of 90 per cent compared to just 65 per cent for second place.
The Morning Fresh product has an impressive four and a half star rating online, where it is described as Australia's 'number one dishwashing liquid', 'value for money' and 'very effective'.
Many who use it swear by it and say they wouldn't consider another product.

3. The top peanut butter: Coles Smooth Peanut Butter
When it comes to peanut butter, one supermarket own brand product out-performed all the big names.
Coles' Smooth Peanut Butter ($1.80) was praised for its smooth consistency by Choice experts, as well as its impressive value for money at just over 70 cents per 100g.
The Choice team gave the peanut butter 83 per cent in their taste test, and a 'recommended' stamp of approval.

Vanish NapiSan Oxi Advance Crystal White Gold Whitening Power ($13.50) scored an impressive 74 per cent in the tests by Choice.
The $13.50 buy promises to 'double' the life of your clothes by tackling any kind of stain, be it coffee, red wine, vomit or grass.
Many who have tried it claim the product helps to keep their whites white, even after 50 washes.
5. The top nappy: Little Ones Ultra Dry Size 1 newborn
Little Ones Ultra Dry Size 1 newborn ($5.25) were named equal top of the nappy test by Choice, coming in alongside the much more expensive Huggies brand. 
The nappies promise 12-hour absorbency and boast a soft stretchy waistband for comfort for your little one.
Those who have tried them have left them an impressive 4.6 star rating online, writing that they give 'no leaks' and are 'affordable' compared to most other nappies.
A good dishwashing tablet is worth its weight in gold, and Choice all agreed that you can't go wrong with Finish Powerball Quantum Ultimate Pro Tabs Dishwasher Detergent ($32.40; pictured)
6. The top dishwasher detergent: Finish Powerball Quantum Ultimate Pro Tabs Dishwasher Detergent
A good dishwashing tablet is worth its weight in gold, and Choice all agreed that you can't go wrong with Finish Powerball Quantum Ultimate Pro Tabs Dishwasher Detergent ($32.40).
While expensive, the dishwasher tablets are excellent at removing dried-on stains that have been stuck on for 24 hours - leaving your dishes gleaming and grime-free.
The Finish tablets scored 76 per cent in Choice's reviews.
When it came to mayonnaise, Choice were hugely impressed with Aldi's Colway Creamy Squeezy Mayo ($2.59; pictured); while iCare's double length toilet paper ($13.50; right) was deemed to be good value for money
7. The top mayonnaise: Aldi Colway Creamy Squeezy Mayonnaise
When it came to mayonnaise, Choice were hugely impressed with Aldi's Colway Creamy Squeezy Mayo ($2.59).
At just $2.59, the budget buy out-performed mayonnaises from 33 other brands in a blind taste test to end up with a 74 per cent rating. 
The judges liked its creaminess and taste, as well as its bargain price point.
8. The top toilet paper: iCare double length toilet paper
Choice tested toilet rolls from the likes of Coles, Woolworths and Who Gives A Crap, and found iCare's double length toilet paper ($13.50) to be on a par with big-name brands - but crucially, it was better value.
While the top scorer was Quilton with 78 per cent, Choice said the iCare product was far more worth your money.
The iCare double length paper came in just three percentage points less, but is almost half the price at 30 cents per 100 sheets.

Finally, Dettol's Healthy Clean Kitchen Spray ($4) was named the best kitchen cleaning buy (pictured)
Made With quality Brazilian, Colombian and Kenyan arabica beans, the pods are developed in Melbourne and sustainably sourced.
10. The top kitchen product: Dettol Healthy Clean Kitchen
Finally, Dettol's Healthy Clean Kitchen Spray ($4) was named the best kitchen cleaning buy.
